Okay, i've probably asked this question 3 times but no answers have helped me... -.- I need a workout to lose man boobs. 14 yrs, 66kg, eats healthy..I'm not overweight, it's just that I have fat around my stomach and chest...I really need to get rid of it within the next 2 -3 months. I dont want answers that will say "oh, just wait a couple of years, they will go away naturally"..I cant wait because this summer I'm going with my friends to the beach a lot, and unless I lose these I wont be going.. Also, I have to juggle around school work amongst working out..So it's not exactly easy So yeah, help is appreciated. peace.
