How To Lose Man Boobs. How To Get Rid of Man Boobs!

I am 120 pounds and play football i have man boobs some people have man boobs on my time but most of them don't i want to have pecs and look good so i can go to pool parties and not have people make fun of me just in case they do i don't want any answers about it is a part of puberty because if my friends don't have them i don't need to have them either please help me give me a diet and work out plan or give me certain weight exercises or something.

I don't care about building muscle in the chest area to look better or burn the fat eventually, I want quick results where I can get rid of the fat in my chest, the man boobs. I lost 25 pounds so far during summer and got skinnier but still have my man boobs. How can I get rid of it? Can I just jog everyday to get rid of them? I eat pretty healthy, i don't eat junk/fried/fast food, high calorie/fat food, sodas, etc... So, will cardio for 30-45 min a day and few push ups a day help get RID of them as soon as possible? I want pecs but Id rather lose them and build muscle there than build muscle first and make my boobs loook even bigger. Help!!!! BTW, no surgeries please, just pure exercise routines or tips. Also, I am small-medium frame, 6'2 187 pounds.

I mean, I'm not overweight at all, and I don't do heavy exercising because I lose a lot of weight from all of that sweating and stuff....... But I probably got the man boobs from weighing at around 250lbs, and I involuntarily seemed to lose a lot of weight in a short time. So how can I decrease the slightly bulging appearance and flabby+saggyness of the skin, that only sags when I bend over........... I've been doing chest flys with small weights to not get a bulky man boobed muscle chest, but there's been absolutely no improvement in over a month. What else can help that doesn't require losing weight or having surgery?
