Does anyone know tips or secrets or any facts about how to lose man boobs? Im not fat, i have decent chest definition, ive been working out eat healthy i do all of it, its just my lower chest wont lose that little bit of fat. i dont know wat else to do, i eat healthy, is it about the food i eat? there has to be a secret to losing them, any help is greatly apreciated.

- LIGHT JOGGING
- FAST JOGGING
- FAST RUNNING
- BACK AND FORTH RUNNING (TURNING)
and then skipping for a while
